Jarred Hanson, son of Mike Hanson (Big Ennis) from SDBA, is in children’s hospital in Dallas. They believe he has 2 small tumors and are doing test and possible radiation. For the last 3 years this 14 year old has spent Christmas in the hospital. Talked with him this weekend and he is believing for God’s healing power…so are we.

This was sent in to RFC prayer chain tonight, thought I would share it with all of you. God bless you all and have a wonderful Christmas. No matter what association you’re with we are still ALL family.
*Please pray for Sandy Parsons from the SDBA, she is recovering from hip replacement surgery this last weekend. She has been moved to Valir Rehabilitation Center in OKC for 4-10 days, depending on how she progresses in rehab treatment. Please pray that she will be home for Christmas

Seems several are wondering who this is. Mike and Jared are part of the Pour Boy Crew and live in Big Spring. Talked to Mike today, doing some more testing tomorrow and probably end up doing surgery late in the week. He received several calls today and wanted me to thank all of ya'll. This family means the world to them! Please continue to pray for Jared. Will keep posting updates as I get them.

Just left the hospital and lil bit is done with test today, got another test thurs mornin and another scheduled for firday, I sat up there for 4 or 5 hrs today playing wii with him, he is keeping his head up and smiling. Keep the prayers comin

Talked to Mike earlier, they were at the Mavricks game having a blast. Going to a Stars game tommorrow night. Jared went through more testing and the doctors still don't have a game plan. Will know more Monday

They went to Speedzone earlier but Jared has to be back at the hospital in the morning.

hey guys its jared {lil bit} we r still in dallas and are doing lots of tests we took lots of tests last week and my doctor said we should get resulta back today hopefully but in the morning for sure. i would like to thank everyone for praying for me it really means a lot!!

Talked with Big E on the way home tonight. He said they are about to chew their nails off waiting on the results tomorrow. The Doctor said that chances are that Jared will need surgery for the tumors, slight chance they won't. Well...we have all seen what the power of prayer can do. Please pray and believe with me that the test results will show that NO surgery will be needed. Lil Bit...hang in there buddy. You have a lot of family here praying for you.

they have me on a pretty regimented diet, low carbs high protien, no sugar no caffeine to be perfectly honest i think it sucks

Thank you Jared, I will give Nancy and Jerry your message. His procedure went well this morning, and keep the prayers coming for them.
We have you on our prayer list too, and hope that all goes well for you also. I know you hate being stuck in the hospital, but try and have a Very Merry and Blessed Christmas.

Patty just called, Mike has gotten word that Jared does NOT have to have surgery,the tumor is GONE. The power of prayer does wonders.

Things happen when a bunch of God loving boat racers come together believing and praying. Mike said that the Doctor took him in and showed him the x-ray from 3 months ago and from today. Told him that he couldn't believe it, “this cannot be from the same body, the tumor is gone”. Praise God, see ya’ll at 9pm tonight.
